Employment Opportunities
We are seeking a Client Services & Marketing Manager to support our accounting firm’s daily operations. This role is the first point of contact for many clients and plays a vital part in ensuring smooth communication, accurate document management, timely follow-ups, and professional office organization. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and able to balance administrative and marketing responsibilities to enhance the firm’s client experience and growth.
Why work with us?
At Brava CPA, we’re redefining what it means to be an accounting firm. We don’t just crunch numbers—we empower entrepreneurs to work smarter, grow faster, and live better. Our team is driven by creativity, strategy, and a deep commitment to client success.
Client-First Culture: We’re a boutique firm that prioritizes relationships. Our proactive, year-round approach means we’re always thinking ahead for our clients—not just during tax season.
Innovative Mindset: We embrace smart systems and fresh ideas to deliver high-impact solutions. You’ll be part of a team that values efficiency, ingenuity, and continuous improvement.
Empowering Environment: We are a female only team supporting female-led businesses and champion entrepreneurs who are building something bold. If you’re passionate about helping others thrive, you’ll feel right at home.
Real Impact: Your work won’t get lost in the shuffle. As a key player in client services and marketing, you’ll shape how we connect, communicate, and grow—both internally and externally.
Experience Requirements
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in a marketing or client service role—ideally within a professional services environment. If you’ve worked in an accounting or tax firm, that’s a strong plus, but not required. This person is confident and professional communicator, with experience handling multiple communication channels (phone, email, in-person). You should be comfortable with technology and software platforms (CRM, document portals, Microsoft Office, social media).
Additional Skills
Strong problem-solving ability with sound judgment on when to escalate issues.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, self-starter attitude with a focus on follow-through.
Team player who also works well independently.
Adaptable and willing to take on new projects as the firm grows.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe great work deserves great rewards. This role begins with a 3-month trial period, during which we’ll collaborate closely to ensure a strong mutual fit. Upon successful completion, you’ll transition into a full-time position with the following package:
$65,000 annual salary, with bonus opportunities based on performance and firm growth
Hybrid work model available after the trial period—split your time between our office and remote work
Benefits and retirement plan eligibility begins after the trial period
Must be local to Spokane or Coeur d’Alene, with regular in-person collaboration expected
We’re committed to creating a workplace that supports your professional growth, personal well-being, and long-term success.
